Digital Product Refund Policy

Military Trained Field Manuals and Readiness Loadouts are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical item to return.

Before downloading

Please review the product title, included files, software requirements, price and license scope before checkout. Starting a download may affect cancellation or refund rights that apply to digital content.

When to contact us

Contact support@militarytrained.com within 14 days if a file is defective, the delivered files do not match the product page, you were charged more than once for the same order, or a technical problem prevents access. Include the order number and a concise description of the issue. Do not email payment-card details or sensitive household plan information.

Resolution

We will first try to restore download access, replace a defective file or correct the order. When that is not reasonably possible, or when applicable law requires it, we may issue a full or partial refund through the original payment method. We do not ordinarily refund a correctly delivered file because a buyer changed their mind, no longer needs it or lacks compatible software.

External retailer purchases

Military Trained may link to products sold by Amazon or another retailer. Returns and refunds for those purchases are handled by the retailer under its own policy.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
