The receiver is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a runtime of 4–5 hours depending on volume, and charges quickly via USB-C — no disposable batteries required. A large backlit display with button locks and channel presets makes in-race adjustments straightforward. When paired with the compatible adapter accessory (sold separately), the Race Control Audio Priority feature automatically mutes two-way radio audio so critical race control communications are never missed.
